1. Who we are
SlimGlowShop (“we”, “us”) operates the online store at SlimGlowShop.com, selling beauty and wellness technology products. Contact: support@slimglowshop.com.
2. Products & honest claims
Our products are relaxation and personal-care devices and accessories. They are not medical devices, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and won’t correct vision or cure chronic conditions. Product pages state real specifications and honest expectations; where individual results vary, we say so.
If you have a medical condition — including glaucoma or recent eye surgery for eye-area devices — consult a doctor before use.
3. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing error, stock issue) — if we do, you are refunded in full immediately and told why.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in USD; other currencies shown on the site are indicative conversions and your card is charged in USD unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal or Apple Pay. If we discover a genuine pricing error before dispatch, we’ll contact you to confirm or cancel with a full refund.
5. Shipping & returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Return Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
6. Warranty
Electronic products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to the 30-night guarantee and any rights you have under local consumer law (which these terms never reduce).
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — copy, photography, branding, design — belongs to SlimGlowShop or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the seller’s registered jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
