Shipping Policy
Honest answer up front: we are not Amazon Prime. Delivery takes 5–10 business days to most of our customers — but it’s free, tracked from day one, and we tell you the real numbers below.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday–Saturday). You’ll receive a confirmation email at purchase and a tracking email as soon as your parcel ships.
Delivery estimates
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 5–9 business days after dispatch.
European Union: 6–13 business days after dispatch.
Rest of world: 8–15 business days after dispatch.
These are realistic estimates from our fulfillment partner’s actual delivery data, not best-case marketing numbers. During peak periods (November–December, major sales) add 2–4 business days.
Shipping cost
Free tracked shipping on every order, everywhere we ship. No minimum spend, no surprise carrier fees at checkout.
Order tracking
Every order includes end-to-end tracking. Your tracking link is in the dispatch email; if it hasn’t updated for 5+ business days, email orders@slimglowshop.com and we’ll chase the carrier for you.
Customs, duties & taxes
Orders to the US, UK, CA and AU under typical thresholds normally clear customs without extra charges. If your country levies import duties or taxes, those are set by your government and are the recipient’s responsibility. If a parcel is returned to us because duties were refused, we refund the product price once it arrives back.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, we treat it as lost and send a free replacement or full refund — your choice. You will never be told to “take it up with the carrier.”
Address changes & cancellations
We can change an address or cancel an order any time before dispatch (within ~48 hours of ordering). Email orders@slimglowshop.com with your order number as soon as possible. After dispatch, the 30-night guarantee still has you covered.
