Refund & Return Policy

The short version: use anything we sell for up to 30 nights. If it isn’t for you, we refund it in full — no interrogation, no restocking fee, no store-credit games.

The 30-Night Guarantee

Every SlimGlowShop product is covered by a 30-night money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered (per your tracking), not the day you ordered.

You do not need the original packaging in perfect condition, and you do not need to explain yourself. “It wasn’t for me” is a complete reason.

How to start a return

Email returns@slimglowshop.com with your order number. A human replies within 24 hours (one business day) with a return address and simple instructions.

Please don’t ship anything back before receiving our reply — returns sent to the wrong address can’t be refunded.

Refund timing

We issue your refund within 2 business days of the return being confirmed. Your bank or card provider may take a further 3–10 business days to show it on your statement.

Refunds go back to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal or Apple Pay).

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice — and you will not be asked to return the damaged item.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you cover return postage (typically $5–12 with a tracked service). For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, all costs are on us.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, silk pillowcases can only be returned unused with tags attached, unless faulty. The guarantee covers one unit per product per customer — it exists so you can try risk-free, not as a rental program.
